Share Application Individual (pdf form)
We will e-mail you back to confirm receipt and provide our bank details and a reference for you to use when transferring funds by online banking. Once we receive the money, we will send you a PDF of your share certificate.
On request it is still possible to send a paper form with a cheque, but this might take longer than usual to process. If you require a paper share certificate, this is likely to take considerably longer to arrange at present, so we would very much prefer to send your share certificate by e-mail.
If you are making a single investment of up to £10,000 then a payment from, or a cheque drawn on, an account in your name held with a British bank will be sufficient evidence of your identity.
If investing over £10,000, further evidence of identification will be required, as described in our Anti-money laundering regulations page.
When shares are withdrawn, they are repaid at their nominal value of £1 per share, together with any accrued interest that has not yet been credited by the allotment of additional shares.
Exceptionally, the right to withdraw shares may be suspended from time to time by Radical Routes.
Anti money laundering
This means that we will verify the identity of anyone wishing to invest in Radical Routes.
If you are making a single investment of up to £10,000, then cheque drawn on, an account in your name held with a British bank will be sufficient evidence of your identity.
If you are making a larger investment (of over £10,000), or several smaller investments, then we will ask to see one document to confirm your identity and one document to confirm your home address.
Documents that you may use to confirm your identity:
- Current signed passport
- Current UK driving licence
- EU member state ID card
- Original letter from HM Revenue and Customs (not a P45 or P60), the Benefits Agency or DWP containing your full name and national insurance number.
- Bills – recent utility or council tax bills
- Statements – recent bank, building society, mortgage or credit union statements
- Council rent book or a tenancy agreement.
Whilst Radical Routes seeks to minimise risk on investments, it cannot eliminate them entirely. Investment in Radical Routes should be seen as a means of furthering the aims of Radical Routes and not primarily as a source of financial gain.
At the time of writing, Radical Routes is not a member of any investor compensation scheme. If you are in doubt about investing, you should consult an Independent Financial Adviser with specialist knowledge of social investments.
