Radical Routes

Plan B Housing Co-op

Plan B established itself as a co-op in the summer of 2009 and found a house in 2010 which we promptly fell in love with. It was communally owned for 30 years previously and had a history of involvement in the city’s radical culture.

As well as liberating our members from landlords, we also have a converted basement space which now serves as a free meeting space for political groups in the city.

The house emerged from Manchester’s anticapitalist, anti-authoritarian scene which we hope to support and foster for years to come. We also have a really great bath.

We are currently raising loanstock. If you would like to invest please get in touch…
