Enheduanna Housing Co-operative Secondary Rules

  1. No Enheduanna documentation shall be comprised in part, or wholly of the font 'comic sans' or any member of that type family. Neither shall the Enheduanna co-operative seal ever be used to officiate a document containing 'comic sans' or any member of that type family.

  2. At least half of the co-operative's commitment to positive social change will be dedicated to action in, or pertaining to, the City of Birmingham.

  3. Enheduanna has been started as an environment in which young adults can engage in radical social change, as such it is not appropriate to bring children into the co-operative.

  4. Recycling and composting are easy steps towards reducing waste, furthermore, demonstrating commitment to the council's scheme makes it more difficult for the council to withdraw the service.

  5. Enheduanna is committed to limiting its negative ecological impact and aims to be sustainable. When there is available money, steps to decrease heat loss, reduce energy and water consumption and other improvements to make the co-operative more environmentally sound should take priority.

  6. Surplus income after home improvements and sustainability changes will be used to support new or starting co-operatives. Primary support will go to co-operatives based in Birmingham, then urban co-operatives outside of London. Starting a co-operative is hard, and solidarity at that stage is crucial.
