Ned's has a vacancy

The sad news is the Nikki and Stuart and the kids are moving out in September to Crab Apple near Shrewsbury, so we will have a self contained flat spare if anyone's interested.  Good for small families, single parents, and individuals on HB, as the Rent is £90 which is coverable by the LHA for a single person.
