The Minutes and stuff are...
When You log into the site (after you have been approved by me or szymon) you get a new menu called the 'members area menu'. There is an item in that called 'downloads' Click on that and all should be clear.

Entering news flashes
When you enter a newsflash there are two editing boxes you can write in. The top one is the first bit of text that is shown and the bottom one has the read more text. You only typed in the bottom one so no text appeared first.

Looks good
Just one thing. I added my newsflash but it doesn't show up in RHS column. Just shows Read more... only. This could be cos I made the text colour red and/or added a link? (I'm not trying to break anything honest!)
